"Plenty of parking spaces right outside the entrance. Staff are so friendly. Lake view from the well maintained gardens. Powerful hot shower. Lovely good priced food. Could do with a bit more drawer space in the family room, and a plug socket near the kettle. Would definitely recommend. Lovely warm swimming pool as well. Plenty of towels to use. "

"Lovely staff, nice and clean hotel and grounds. My only small qualm would be that as we had a dog, our room looked like it hasn’t been renovated in a while; we paid extra for bringing the dog which I would’ve thought covers the cost of extra cleaning even in newer rooms. A genuinely dog friendly hotel (with a lovely welcome gift for the pooch too), while respecting guests who are not necessarily dog fans."

"Really lovely hotel! We stayed for two nights over the Easter weekend and enjoyed the delicious cocktails and dinners, delightful spa facilities and comfortable room with a huge bed and stunning lake views. The hotel exterior was being refurbished when we were there & we are looking forward to visiting the new spa when it is up and running. Special thanks to the bar staff who were indefatigable, mixing cocktails in the evening and then back for the breakfast shift! A wonderful stay and we will return."
