"Amazing pool with plenty of comfy seating surrounding and shade available. Enjoyed the coffee shop both in morning and evening. The upper deck infinity bar with evening vocalist was both relaxing and entertaining. Rooms were clean and well maintained. My girls enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling in the cove. The steak house and Japanese restaurant provided exceptional dining experience. Good late-night burger at Sports bar. All bartenders and wait staff very friendly. Expedia staff very helpful and checked in on us a couple of times. Very pleasant experience at Grand palladium for our family vacation!"

"This was a top tier vacation. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There were lots of activities and things to do. Staying in Reggae meant we also had access to Montego Bay, and they had a lot going on there. I’m glad we chose the Reggae option, where we had less crowded pools and beach front, but we could still access the other one if we wanted. The food was excellent with local and international options and everything was extremely tasty. I would definitely visit again "

"Food was bland. I would not recommend and i will never go back. Its like a roach motel. Decor is from the 80's. There are better places to stay. The toilet flushing did not work. Bathroom not properly maintained. "

"Hi was upset, nothing good believe me, no Hot water, no house keeper, one sheet one towel for seven days, no tv, place flooded out, when rain can't come out side water all over, it's was clean no lie,but everything was upside down no good,windows broke out of to put cardboard there, please needed fixing, no good, hi wish I get my money back. "Good for families maybe not so much adults who want a little more privacy and exclusion from teens and kids. for Very large resort with a huge main pool. Staff was very friendly and the food overall was very very good. We got the signature level and the resort only has 2 bars that offer premium liquor, 1 at the signature pool which closes at 6 and the other where you do the check in/out and they close at 11pm. Our room was cozy and we had a beautiful view of the ocean, my only complaint about the room is that you can hear everything. You can hear what is going on upstairs, people walking by outside, and the transportation carts. It’s a pretty good resort and has its pros and cons, but we would probably not go back. And be careful because they are real hard on getting you to go to the breakfast where they try to sway you into buying a membership with the hotel. It took us 4.5 hours of our day. "
