"Hotel, staff and location were perfect (came for a Phillies game so Lyfts to/from Citizen Bank Park and the Rocky Stairs were easy, fast and cheap enough. We arrived really early (just after 12pm), and the front desk allowed us to check in early with no extra charges which was great. My only issue, was parking and breakfast were extra charges at $25 each (per person for breakfast), which is a bit of a put off after paying a couple hundred dollars for 1 night’s stay. Especially being an airport hotel, you would hope for free buffet or at least a continental breakfast but it is what it is and we knew about the extra for parking when we booked."

"During our stay at this hotel, cash was stolen from our room while we were at breakfast. We always make sure to close and secure the door, so this was extremely alarming. When we reported the incident, the manager suggested that we must not have closed the door properly, which felt dismissive and unhelpful. They also implied that “not enough time had passed” for a theft to occur — an assumption that did nothing to address the seriousness of the situation. We asked for the key‑log records for our room, but instead of showing them to us, staff simply stated that only guest passes were used. Without transparency, it was impossible to feel reassured or confident in their explanation. Police report was filed. Overall, the lack of accountability and the way the situation was handled left us very disappointed. Security and honesty should be a priority for any hotel, and unfortunately, that was not our experience here."

"My stay at Motto by Hilton Philadelphia was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel is modern, stylish, and perfectly located within walking distance of many of Philadelphia’s top attractions, restaurants, and historic sites. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well-designed, and made great use of space without sacrificing comfort. What truly stood out was the customer service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxing. Whether you’re visiting Philadelphia for business or leisure, I highly recommend Motto by Hilton Philadelphia. The combination of location, cleanliness, comfort, and exceptional service makes it one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit."

"I hate to do this but haven’t stayed at a CC in a long time. And I had expected the quality to improve not degrade. The property unfortunately was old and unkept. I could tell it was cleaned but it’s the structure. The carpet is old and dingy and I had to buy socks to walk in it. I also had to buy a plug in freshener because the room had an old musty smell. The staff were all phenomenal. The facilities not so much. Wouldn’t stay again. I wasn’t expecting the four season but this feels like it’s just been left to rot away. I’d go so far as to say it needs a gut rehab."
