Absolutely perfect stay. One of the best massages at the spa. The hotel is beautiful. The staff was so helpful, great customer care. You can valet your car and walk to shops, restaurants, or site seeing. Only 12 min drive to the stadium. We stayed in room 4320, very clean, amazing view. Staff decorated the room for my partner's bday. This hotel gives grown and sexy vibes. I'd definitely stay again.

The room was great. Staff good except on security guard. He was very rude starting with his approach. Cut me off while I was talking and no regard for representing your company. Three of my guests were planning to make reservations because of the good time they were having and the experience. They decided to opt out due to the security behavior. Overall I really enjoyed myself Ang glad I chose the W for my birthday weekend.

Our stay at the W was very relaxing and hassle free. We did encounter a problem with dirty sheets ( there was a chocolate and it was smudged) we were too tired to call and get them changed but when we brought it to their attention Elaina was so helpful and resolved it for us no questions asked, customer service was amazing and made our experience better
