"The gym was well equipped. The parking area felt safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well stocked and area kept clean and well attended to. Overall, a pleasant experience."

"The air conditioning in the room did not work. I called the front desk and told them and the lady said "We have never had A/C problems in that room before". She stated that someone would come look at it but no one ever came. After 45 minutes, I just returned the keys and checked out. The lady at the deak said she would let someone know and that I would be reimbursed for my one night stay, that never happened. Still waiting for reimbursement. "
