"It is located on the M5 but we were amazed at how quiet it was in the room. The view from the bedroom window was of fields and trees which was totally unexpected. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. "

"Unfortunately we didn't stay the night, we had to leave due to family circumstances. We had a lovely welcome at reception. The gentleman on duty was really helpful and supportive. The room was excellent, as was the view. Everything in the hotel was fresh and clean. "

"We stayed here for a date night away from our kids and life, we are locals so know the area well. This hotel has a wonderful location with sand bay just across the road. The hotel its self has a great theme throughout although cleanliness of our room wasn’t amazing. Dust on the shelve above the toilet, skid marks, sausage rolls in the fridge from previous guest and a few water marks on the bedroom walls. Staff were not very welcoming seemed a tad miserable. Also we were not made aware there was...
