Would recommend staying as long as you like exercise because the key cards demagnetize if you look at them wrong — they must be praised and cajoled and need never be near anything that lets off the slightest electronic signal or you’ll be back downstairs to rekey the card yet again — 3 night stay and I think I had to do it about 8 times this trip. Staff is wonderful and lovely and the sushi is divine "

"The hotel staff spoke English and were extremely nice and the room was cleaned daily. They started renovations the week I was there and I'm really curious to see what improvements they make. My only complaint was there wasn't a minifridge or microwave in the room. I'm sure that is more of an American thing but it would have been nice to be able to keep drinks cold. "

"The hotel is located a bit far from everything, but we were limited on a busy weekend. No real issues as far as a simple motel goes, but we didn't like sharing a bathroom (and that wasn't noted when we booked!) I'd return again if I had to, but I'd probably also pay a bit more and get something nicer next time. "Super friendly check in staff. Made to feel very welcome and greeted by my name which was impressive! Lovely big room, fantastic bathroom. Right opposite station so great for getting a bite to eat. Loved Hamburg! Quirks of hotel: corridors are a bit of a maze and it’s easy to get lost, but that’s the only negative and I would stay here again for sure!"
