There was no hand lotion or coffee in the lobby though which differs from other similar tiered hotels. However, it's just the trade offs between different hotels. "

"Front desk staff are helpful and very pleasant. I had a small hiccup with the under ground parking and the front desk was a great help. That being said the underground parking is small and fills up quickly which can be a problem if you arrive later in the evening."
