"Clean room. No noise. Room service was great. "

"Construction outside made is difficult for my cab driver to get in so i had to walk a few blocks. Also ordered food and driver couldn't drop off food so i had to go meet him. Heater wasnt working in my room as well as it was snowing."

"All good. Breakfast is interesting spin. If included in room then you have only 3 choices and pay extra for the coffee. À la carte menu available but no buffet. This can be improved."

"Room was very clean, plenty of parking except during lunch and supper (two restaurants in the same building). However, its very convenient. We tried both restaurants during out stay. Chop is by far the better of them two, a bit pricey but worth every penny"

"Weekday breakfast could be extended to 10am instead of 9:30am. We were there for pleasure and were a bit upset when we got to the breakfast area at 9:40 and it was shut. "

"The breakfast was a cold breakfast sandwich with half a cheese slice. And a juice box. There was a half hearted offer to warm it up, but why bother. I fed it to the pigeon that was bumming outside."

"The carpet throughout the rooms and halls are very old and feel unclean. The pool area definitely needs some TLC. It had stuff floating in the one pool, when we brought it to staffs attention, they were quick with grabbing a net to collect the mess. But the pool area itself is very run down and dirty. Staff was extremely kind. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a coffee bar and restaurant available for convenience. Over all staff is great but hotel is very tired looking for the price."
