"Room was very clean, front desk was helpful. They might seem a little strict when it comes to rules for visitors of guests ( I didn’t have any, just basing it off what front desk told me if I had any. Checking the ID and license plate any adult etc) but I think that’s definitely how they keep it clean and safe in this day and age where so many hotels have become over run with drugs, and unsavory individuals. I was in town for a concert in Tacoma. If I’m ever back in the area I would absolutely stay again."

"It was very nice but renovations going on so it was hard to get it from one place to another. The staff was semi nice and the place wasn’t that clean, but it was manageable."

"Upon checking in you had to leave a $60 cash only deposit which I’m not sure why leaving it on the credit card is not an option. Definitely did not feel safe there as a solo female traveler. The room smelled of smoke even though it was non smoking and overall old and not very clean. For what I paid I expected more. Would not recommend. "

"The property and staff were amazing we love this hotel but Booking through Expedia we went off the pictures of the rooms and the room we booked was a room that had an extra bedroom (as the photos showed) when we arrived that was not the room we were given. The pictures on Expedia were not correct. This affected us because we had our adult special-needs son with us who needs his own space to feel comfortable and staying in a hotel. It was unfortunate and made for a rough night."

"The breakfast was amazing 10 out of 10. I didn't realize that we had to pay for parking at a hotel where we already rented a room. I thought that was a bit odd. "

"Loved the great communication especially since this reservation was made at the last minute. Kirsten was so compassionate to as to my family emergency. Home is wonderful for a family. Plenty of room. Great for pups too with lots of yard to walk around in and sidewalks around the neighborhood. Nice choice of channels and programs on the tv. Home was very clean except for a spot on the couch. Also, a real bonus that Kirsten does not require anything to be done upon vacating the home. I have never seen that before. Very convenient location to get to Tacoma or Seattle too. Would definitely stay again. "
