"I had a corner room and the hotel was exceptional, per usual. Easy parking. Friendly hotel staff. Only issue was it was a solo trip, and I had planned on being lazy but the tv was barley connect to the remote so that made it difficult. But I did like the Bluetooth speaker "

"Really decent stay. Not bad at all. I was told that breakfast was in the morning, i didn't know that you had to pay $15.99, because that wasn't mentioned at the front desk. I thought it was complementary. Key didn’t work for the gym, even after the man readjusted it. Other than that, it was a good stay."

"This must have been a grand hotel once. It is long in the tooth and in need of a renovation. Besides the wall-mounted body wash and shampoo, there were no other bathroom amenities. We stayed for three nights, and room service was hit-or-miss. Very haphazard refreshes. We didn't get the washcloths returned, and the towels felt like sandpaper. The coffee station wasnt replenished either. They just dropped towels and made the bed. Broken security locks and worn out furnature. The one plus is the proximity to the airport. The $10-a-night parking fee was ridiculous. To top it off, there was a conference with hundreds of screaming teenagers. I wish I had known about that in advance. I would have stayed elsewhere. "

"The entire booking process was smooth and I especially was impressed by the online pre and post stay contacts. Once there the staff members we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. The room was well-equipped and comfortable and the breakfast was more than one usually finds. Definitely would recommend it and will stay there the next time we are in Greensboro."

"We enjoyed the hotel. Nice and clean and everything we needed. Would be nice if breakfast was a bit earlier because it did not open until 7 AM that we needed to be at our event 15 minutes later."

"Everything was amazing from the staff upon check-in, rooms, and amenities. This place is definitely a gem. They have a nice size pool, gym, free breakfast, and free dinner option to include alcholic beverages. Next time im in the area, this is the place ill continue to stay at!"
