"The train that was really a surprise at about 4 am"

"Im very picket and for me to say it was clean and up to par /00% only thing I would add is more towels "

"Los empleados muy amable pero la habitación olia mal y no se veia en buenas condiciones tuve q comprar lysol para desinfectar y quitar el mal olor. "

"Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great!"

"Missing refrigerator and was told they would have somebody install one. Never happened. Coffee service is one pot of stale coffee. Have to check out an iron. No hangers. Floor in restroom of room was dirty. Very unpleasant experience "

"The rooms are clean however the fold out bed in our room smelled pretty foul, so my son had to just sleep on the couch. The hotel brought over extra sheets and blanket for my, but it was really disappointing that the hide-a-bed was so nasty. Also, the pool had murky water adding to mine and my son's disappointment. We didn't feel comfortable getting into the pool nor the hot tub. The rooms are clean, but the hallways and common areas are so-so. If you have more than two people in your party be ready to ask for additional towels. We were surprised at the sparse amount of towels available in our room. We unfortunately weren't able to enjoy breakfast because we left before 7am. So i can't speak to the quality of their food. I'm not sure I would stay here again. This isn't a terrible hotel, I just think I can get far better accommodations for a few bucks more somewhere else."

"And th I thought I saw the worst. It was pretty bad this room. Those bathroom door did not close. Roaches wcery here. And TV on on when I walked in. But it seemed it was shattered. In grand total: I would avoid this peoblpwery when traveling with loved onesं "

"Not clean, there was rice dropped in the elevator and it stayed for 2 days. When I checked in, night shift seemed to be having a better conversation then helping me out. Its cool but can be way better especially for the price. "
