Our family loved staying here and we will be back! The hotel is located near shopping and dining which made it easier going out, especially with young children. The room was spacious and accommodated our family nicely. The rooms are clean and the hotel is well kept. We will be staying next time we go to Phoenix.

Once again we enjoyed our stay! Comfortable? Quiet, clean. Friendly staff, hot breakfast and I got to swim every morning. Temperature was in the 60s most mornings but being from NH, it as a quite enjoyable swim everyday. Thank you!

Rooms were great! Clean, very new. Easy to access wifi. There's no info about the hotel in the room. Also, no notice that there is a master light switch to be flipped on before the lights work in the bathroom, odd.

Freeway noise

If after you check in, and your room is on the freeway side, go back down and request a room change. We heard rumbling all night. Didn't get much sleep which is too bad because it was a nice room.

Hidden pet fee

Although the room was fine, we had searched pet friendly hotels so we were shocked when they informed us at check in there was an additional charge of $100 for the dog. 12 pound multipoint, no shedding, well trained, doesn’t bark. They were inflexible and we were stuck with almost paying double the room cost.

Escorts and urine!

Hotel was new, so maybe I was expecting more. Bathroom wasn’t clean (urine stains on the floor) and the shower door is installed backwards. No way to turn the shower on without being physically in the shower! No house keeping each day which was a disappointment. I witnessed 3 escorts going in and out of the building with their “bodyguards” waiting for over an hour outside in their cars with their engines idling. Needed the tech center to print a document and the printer was out of ink. I will say the front desk person was very helpful and printed my document for me, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I was disappointed.
