LICENCE NO:00026473 This is a government-issued, licensed, legal short-term rental - the owner must live in the house, so the owner and I live in the basement and only share the driveway with guests. Guests and I have different entrances, no worries, we fully respect and protect guests' privacy!
Please note: floor heating is only available from November 20th to April 20th. Air conditioning is available from June 1st to August 31st.

The house was very tidy and the rooms are large. It was a nice place to stay. My only negative would be that the furniture is very formal and not comfortable. However, the beds were comfortable and the upstairs deck is quite lovely.
We loved our stay here. The house was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, firm with no sags. The location was great, close to White Rock Marine Drive. Each bedroom has an en suite bath and the house is large so plenty of room for privacy. The garden is beautifully landscaped. The host is very responsive to all communication. The view of the ocean from the top floor was stunning and there is patio seating on two levels to enjoy it. We had a luxurious stay and really enjoyed it.
Lily's mansion is better than any 5-star hotel I've ever stayed in! The environment is beautiful and quiet, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the layout is beautiful, with attention to every detail. It's nice to enjoy the ocean view from the presidential suite-like master bedroom and two large terraces, but it's even more exciting to go around the nearby park fence to the beach. Lily is very friendly, she lives in the basement, but it's completely separate from the main floor, so we have absolute privacy. Thank you Lily, I will definitely come back!
Excellent hosts and property. Lily and Leo were great with communication and we enjoyed our time at their place. I highly recommend their place if you are in White Rock.
The house has ornate, elaborate and unique furnishings that provided an excellent backdrop for 5 women celebrating a special birthday. Leo greeted us at the door and was so helpful in getting us settled. The owner was always prompt in returning answers to my pre-trip questions. If you enjoy beautiful deck time with a view from the higher balcony, and a more formal elegant space, please consider this lovely rental. Given the decor and the fine and delicate decorative touches, this is definitely not an ideal house for active children, or for thise who may not climb stairs easily. But has its own unique charm, with 3 lovely and spacious bedrooms with wonderful kitchen space and a large outdoor BBQ grill. Great grocery store, Save On Foods, about 10 minutes away, as well as many restaurants along the wayer.We had a lovely time and recommend
