"Appreciated the kitchen in the loft room, real handy to prepare small meals. Wish for them to upgrade the kitchen utensils to compete better with AirBnb options. Facilities and Staff service are all great! Location is perfect just next door to the Whistler gondola and village. "

"Friendly staff, free shuttle to the slopes (although I didn't use the service as it's a nice 15 minute walk to the lifts - perfect warm up). I loved the ski/board valet at the front of the hotel. Better than lockers and they offer full services overnight. They were very friendly and helpful. I was worried the location was too far from the lifts, but it wasn't. Close to a large grocery, lots of restaurant options. I will stay here again. "
