Excellent location in Whistler Village +Walkable to everything
All around great condo w/ hot tub and walking distance to all of whistler village and whistler/blackcomb ski lifts. We did not need to use our car more than once although parking was easy and accessible. Would definitely stay here again. Group of: 5 adult family members Only complaint is hot tub reservation system, names on a sheet of paper, which resulted in an extremely rude interaction with a fellow guest who demanded we leave the pool area.

We are sorry to learn you had a rude interaction with a fellow guest at this complex regarding the use of the common area pool/hot tub. Good location, fair accommodation
The condo is in a great location in the vVllage and close to everything. We were 2 families up for Thanksgiving weekend. The unit is in fair condition and minimally stocked, with basic kitchen supplies and minimal towels provided. All the door access codes were a little annoying. Things to note, the king bed is 2 singles put together. There is only 1 parking spot available, there are 3 visitor spots available for a second car but they were always full so we parked the second car in the Whistler day lots. All in all it was decent accommodation in a great location.

Please be aware, we provide 1.5 towels per guest, and basic cookware is part of our standard amenities, any additional kitchen items are at the discretion of the individual home owners. We make every effort to be transparent about these details, including the number of parking stalls in our listings. We understand that entering an access code for each door within the complex might be seen as a minor inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. We do hope that you had an enjoyable stay regardless of these considerations, and hope that we can host you in the future!

Great location and condo; terrible check-in and parking
The condo was as described and suited our group of 6 well. There was a beautiful view of Blackcomb from the balcony. The condo was located in the village and close to shops and restaurants. We all enjoyed our stay except for... the check-in code to the garage, front door, and our unit did not work when we arrived late evening. Not a great feeling when you have driven several hours after a long day of sightseeing. Eventually the rental agency night manager helped us with another code. Kudos to this women for her patience as I was less than patient myself. The parking for the condo unit is a disaster. This complaint is less about the owners of the condo and more about the architect: who designs underground parking for a 6 person condo at a SKI resort that will only fit a Mini, maybe a Civic or a small SUV like a CR-V, definitely not a Chevy Tahoe. The lack of parking should be clearly described for the unit in its advertising. Also, a description of nearby public parking at the library ~half-block away would have reduced angst. Surprisingly, there was no sign for the library parking, I found it with my phone app of Whistler parking about midnight. These two issues put a damper on my enthusiasm for the condo, but eventually I enjoyed my visit. I would return, knowing the strategy for parking. Property manager and owner, please clarify these issues for the benefit of everyone who follows.

We also try to be as transparent as possible in our listings to which we describe the parking space as small. We include a list of alternative parking options in our check-in emails, and will be sure to add the library parking to this list. Thank you for bringing that to our attention. Great Location
Very convenient for access to Whistler Village. Easy access once you memorize codes (only challenge being you need to hit 27 buttons by the time you enter your unit if you need the elevator).

Great space and location
Our second time staying here and it’s great proximity to everything. Great layout and space. The kitchenware needed a bit of extra scrub but everything else was good. Will stay again.

Comfortable Accomodations
We enjoyed our stay here. Great location. Comfortable clean beds and a decent kitchen. At first we were concerned about the lack of air conditioning, but the open windows brought a nice cross breeze and each bedroom contained a fan. Would definitely stay here again!

Great ski lodging in the village
The layout, space, and location of this property was a great fit for our group of friends. It's walkable to both whistler and blackcomb gondolas, in the middle of plenty of restaurants and shops, and has a great view of the mountains. Property managers were great and the property was as described.

Highly recommend
Family of 6 with 4 young adults. Loved the close proximity to groceries and all the village amenities. Pick up and drop off at property by Epic Rides from Vancouver airport. Excellent restaurants within 5 minute walk.

Great stay!
Great location…steps from everything in village. Well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub during winter stay. Hot tub was a bit of a trek but liked that we could book for private use. We found the bedrooms somewhat bright (could use some blackout curtains) due to lights in village, but we did get used to it. Overall great unit for our family holiday.

Great place to stay
Everything was great, except the carpets were a bit dirty and the high windows could use some sort of curtain or blinds because there is too much light coming in from the village at night time for the people in the loft beds to get good enough sleep.
