"The property provides a very well-laid-out, self-contained room over two levels, neat, with lots of cutlery, well-maintained, serviced daily. Water bottles provided, adequate milk, good food in the Bistro and only a short walk to the CBD and foreshore activities. Although located adjacent to Dan Murphy's and the Bistro carpark, noise was not an issue. The pool was a bonus."

Water and ice dispenser on fridge broken so had to make ice in bowls and smash up as no ice block trays provided. No control knobs on bbq so difficult to use. Bi fold door locks were broken and need repair. Pool table missing a rest."
