"It was close to the wedding venue and had an OK breakfast. The staff were quite helpful but it was badly let down by the smell in the place which was not great and also dowsed with cheap air sprays making it hard to breath (I have asthma). The bed was ok and seemed clean despite the odd stain that hadn’t washed out of the sheet. The shower was good and clean but the bathroom had mould elsewhere and paint/plaster coming off the ceiling. "

"Room was clean, we stayed in the lodge, so could park the car directly outside our room. Very dog friendly hotel, bar has a good selection of beers and wines,food was excellent. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. "

"Fantastic last minute stay and so reasonably priced. Spa/Pool facilities were great. No Jacuzzi but the hot beds were a treat and very dark and relaxing atmosphere. Room was a nice size. Stunning view from our window. Would definitely return "
