Room comfortable and clean. All staff very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast area overwhelmed by volume of people but staff cleared tables and restocked breakfast items quickly. Booked for proximity to conference centre and was not disappointed. Local shopping centre a short walk away with several restaurants etc.

Perfect stay

Great price, great service also had a good breakfast included all for a very good price. Beds are super comfy, location is perfect for town centre, everything was just perfect.

My friend and I came for a weekend to explore the Ironbridge area and visit the museums. We were very impressed with the location of the hotel, the cleanliness and quality of the rooms and the customer service of the staff, the breakfast offering and its proximity to the 'tourist attractions' and to local places to eat. As we were only staying for 2 nights we will probably return in the Spring next year.

The hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable. My room was spotless and spacious with a king bed. Breakfast was also nice. The bus station is a 10 minute walk down the road but you need a taxi or Uber from the train station. Front desk staff were very helpful in calling and following up with the taxi. I can definitely recommend.

Great stay, room was comfortable. Although slightly dated. But they staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. I did find that the duvet was damp on waking in the morning, unfortunately I didn’t see it the night before. I did report it and I hope this is sorted out as no one should sleep in damp duvet covers.
