"The Jubillee Hotel is a huge star in Weymouth for me, the Rooms are fantastic with great amenities and staff that always help with any queries, happy to help guests with anything they need during their stay, the family atmosphere is very welcoming and down to earth, I was made to feel like a part of this hotel community and would highly recommend staying if you are visiting Weymouth for pleasure or buisness. There are also great entertainment options with a range of different rooms for each activity such as darts room, karaoke booths, spa treatment (out of this world massages), excellent menus of food which is mouth watering just from the smell alone, they also help locals in the community in a variety of ways. Thank you to the owners and staff for such a wonderful experience it’s been a pleasure to meet and spend time with everyone guests included. "

"Off road parking in quiet area. 20 minutes walk to harbour area. Lots of pubs, fish and chips shops among wide streets and narrow streets on a grid pattern. Hotel near seafront but not visible. Frequent bus service along seafront to local villages and Dorchester. "

"An exceptional stay at Beach View Guesthouse. From the moment I arrived Karen was welcoming and helpful. Room was quiet with a great view of the harbour, a comfy bed, fluffy towels and a supply of tea, coffee and biscuits. Also the cooked breakfast was one of the best I have had, not greasy and even black pudding on the menu. Ideally situated for the Pavilion, the town centre, harbour and beach. When I am in Weymouth I will not hesitate to stay there again."

"What a find! Needed a hotel asap as our camper needed extended time at Grarage so couldn’t go to our booked campsite. Booked at 4 Friday and arrived at 7:30pm and this was half term! Wasn’t expecting much but our spacious room was incredible, double fronted window directly over looking beach, incredible sunrise each morning over water. Used Tesco club points so only cost a few pounds. Reasonable rates anyway. Friendly staff. Decor is not tasteful but that didn’t bother us, pleasant and clean everywhere. Ask early if you want a parking permit but free overnight carparking is a 8 minute walk away if you miss out. "

"I was attending a course in the leisure centre next door. The Aqua was an excellent, relaxed place to stay. The staff/owners were polite, friendly and generated a relaxed atmosphere. The small, well stocked bar carried on this relaxing, informal atmosphere. (The squeaky bar stools could do with fixing but were still amusing) The food is top notch and very affordable. The cooked breakfast (Included) is amazing and you can select as little or as much as you want. Lovely coffee as well. Cereal and toast is also available and I enjoyed the relaxed serve yourself arrangement. Helga, was on hand to make sure you had everything you needed and was very friendly and approachable. You can take a walk to the highest point in Portland (490 feet above sea level) to take in breathtaking views and sunsets. (A bus is also available as it's quite a walk!) My room was clean and tidy and all I need in a stay. A comfortable bed and shower. TV reception was very poor, giving only a handful of channels, but this didn't really affect me as I don't go to places to sit in hotel rooms watching TV. The Aqua is a great place to relax and enjoy great food and drink. I liked the informal, laid-back atmosphere as this added to the relaxation. This, plus the attentive, friendly staff, made my stay very enjoyable. I would certainly stay at The Aqua again. "
