Fantastic hotel

Hotel staff are so friendly, rooms really lovely, we booked a gold standard room. Food in the restaurant is fantastic best hotel food I have had in a long time. Great atmosphere in the bar. Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful family last min get away!

Lovely welcome from reception and easy to check in, parking was ok and understandable that there is only so much they can do to accommodate this with the land around the hotel, so it works once you get the concept. Amazing location right opposite the sea, we were lucky enough to have the sea view room to the front of the hotel too! Plenty of choice at breakfast with very well cooked choice and other items. Good well stocked bar too. Rooms are very clean with no concerns at all about the sheets etc, only gripe would be the pillows! They were awful as its like they have been washed and tumbled so all the filling has gone lumpy (they were all like this too as there was 5 of us in one family room) but having said that we didn't let it ruin the night away in a wonderful location. We would be more thna happy to return also.

We had a really lovely stay at The Jubilee Hotel, the hotel was very clean. Very nice room with everything you needed. comfortable bed very happy with the comfort of the accommodation. The breakfast was really good, well cooked with plenty of choice 😋 our party of three all agreed we have never stayed anywhere with such a lovely friendly team of staff, absolutely fantastic, everyone we met that worked there and spoke to in every department were so friendly helpful and kind, 😊we loved it and will definitely be booking to stay again.

This hotel is in a great location. I had a single room which whilst not large was comfortable and had everything I needed and wanted. The staff were very helpful. On arrival I was taken to my room and the guy carried my case for me. Throughout my stay they were constantly helpful. The food in the restaurant is not great.

Good nice property. Staff who works in kitchen and dinning area are exceptionally helpful. Thanks so much for their hard work and good service. We had special dietary requirements and they tried there very best to provide halal sausages as advertised in website. We will visit again.

Great Location Needs Some Attention

Great location, staff very friendly and helpful. Food very tasty and reasonable price. Hotel very tired and not the cleanest, was very surprised I had to pay extra for a parking space and not keen on leaving my car keys at the reception.

Great location, reception member of staff on check in was excellent, excellent price for sea view and spa facilities were excellent and worth the extra charge, though don’t believe this is explained on information before booking. Shower took a long time to warm up both in room and in spa and recommend black out blinds for rooms as external light from hotel could disturb peoples sleep

Even though it is an older building and work was going on you hardly noticed it. The room that we stayed in was accessible by lift or stairs. Bit of a noisy road outside. Food was excellent

Over night trip to Weymouth

Upon arrival the room wasn’t made up for five ppl, the sofa bed had no sheets and bedding. With a quick visit to reception it was soon sorted out. The towels in the room could have been bigger, as this was a gold sea view room it was suggested that the towels were bath sheets. They most definitely weren’t. The shower could have been a bit cleaner and the tea and coffee wasn’t stocked up. But over all it was a pleasant comfortable stay.

We looked carefully at the room specifications before we booked our stay. On arrival we found the staff friendly and helpful. Check in was efficient. The room was fantastic, the right space, all you needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was great, good quality food. We also ate there in the evening too. Again the food was good quality and well presented. We were able to get the long stay parking permit from reception which was refunded when we left the hotel. It was a 10 minute walk to this car park, so no problem. Lovely staff, very pleasant stay, nice position on the sea front. Well worth the money we paid for a long weekend. We didn’t have a dog but we could see they were very welcome there if you did have one.

Parked at rear of property in hotels car park, room for approximately 15 cars. Checked in and paid £10 a day parking, handed car key into reception. Our room was on the third floor, there was a lift (room for a couple of people and our suitcase). We had a bronze room, double bed and bed settee, lovely clean white linen sheets, comfortable bed. Shower en suite, plenty of storage, TV, hairdryer. The sash window looked out onto the rear of hotel, we kept the blind closed because it was a hot sunny weekend. You can hire a fan, but we didn’t. Great fun hotel if you are looking for entertainment, bingo, karaoke, bar, escape rooms, restaurant, spa treatments, karaoke booth, darts, pool. Walk out of the front door and onto the beach. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful, thanks to James for checking on us in the escape room. Breakfast was worth paying for, cereal, yogurt, fruit, toast and full English. Not a quiet hotel, but great fun hotel. If you are easily offended then don’t book, but if you want a good laugh then get booking now. We will definitely book again.

Check in was terrible took about an hour! Very disappointed with parking that was offered. Wasn’t aware how small their car park was. They had to keep keys to move around during the stay. Open card Deposit for themselves with the rooms but not for us parking. Asked for their insurance none given to see. Rooms very basic dusty. Small double bed. Very old dirty stained duvet in cover. Yes I’m keeping was the sash window but need extra glazing for noise. Adequate room for stay but cost was too expensive for what was on offer. Staff friendly. Breakfast was nice.
