"The hotel texted me 2 days before our stay advising they had overbooked and cancelled our reservation. I was not happy given I'd made the reservation 7 weeks prior. Had to find somewhere else and ended up paying a lot more. You (Wotif) need to ensure better suppliers because this also affects your brand."
