"First of all there is no gift shop in this hotel! The staff was rude and not considerate to an issue that took place at 12:20 am. Secondly the hotel needs a big upgrade like the bathroom tub was The only thing good was the pool was heated but everything else is a big disappointment.Sorry but not sorry I don’t recommend this hotel at all! "Farther than we thought from FQ. About 25 stops/20 min. Older hotel with very nice lobby. Small elevator. Our room was on the front of hotel so the streetcar was loud all night but not overwhelming. Easy to get where we wanted to go from here. Safe parking lot. "

"The desk manager was there when I arrived and was extremely friendly and accommodating. She should get a bonus for excellent customer service. Everything about the stay was as expected, and I will return."

"Once you get over the fact that this hotel is connected to a hospital, it was fine but weird seeing nurses walking around. The room had bit of a sticky area in the space by the beds. Other than that the room was clean and spacious. Side note - make sure that you bring your own shampoo and conditioner as this wasnt provided. There were 2 small bars of soap in the bathroom, but bringing your own is better."
