"I can’t access or submit your Expedia past booking history from here, but you can copy-paste this review into the Expedia review box: Review: The stay was disappointing because the elevator was not working, which caused a lot of inconvenience, especially when carrying luggage or moving between floors. Another major issue was the towel service. Extra Towels were not available directly in the room, and we had to collect them from the lobby/reception, which is very inconvenient and not expected from a hotel stay. Basic guest comfort should be handled better. Guests should not have to go to the front desk every time they need towels, and a non-working elevator creates a poor experience. Overall, the property needs better maintenance and improved guest service. I would think twice before booking this hotel again unless these issues are fixed."

"Room was clean and roomy. Staff was helpful and we ended up with an upgraded room which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast buffet was good with some nice options like cooked to order pancakes and omelettes. One downside is you do have to pay extra for parking in the garage but overall was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again."
