"Stayed on 21st floor. No info for room service (food), considering its was a conceirge service room. Room had not been dusted in awhile. Cleaning lady vacumed neighboring room 8am on on a Sunday morning. Security garage gate remained open for at least 12 hours during an event at hotel, which anyone could have entered. Other than that....it served its purpose. Not aware of amenities. Didnt spend much time on property."

"The breakfast buffet was exactly what we get for free at places like Hampton Inn. For the price of this hotel and the price of the buffet, I expected better quality food. All of the tables are wobbly so if you touch them at all, your drink will spill. All of our luggage fell off of our cart upon exiting the elevator for check out and in the process a ketchup packet burst. None of the employees that saw this or walked by offered to help. It was me and my two kids. We forgot toothpaste but they were out. The room was clean and the AC in the room was cold. The rest of the hotel was HOT. The parking lot has a gate and an access code was given to us, but the gate was never closed so anyone could access it. "

"The staff were great and there are no real negatives. The location is good and they have on site parking for about $30 a night. The room had a few small issues that were quickly corrected by the staff. The bathroom had sliding barn type doors so not a lot of privacy if you have people in the room. Nice pool area and I would consider staying here again "
