"Clean room, great breakfast. Check in process was very annoying however. They make you do a bunch of digital crap and scan credit card, etc. The motel we stayed at the next gave me a paper to sign when I showed up that took about 10 seconds. Would love to give 5 star review but can't from the very inconvenient check in process "

"I LOVE this place, and come here regularly on my days off! I drive up the coast to enjoy their king soaking tub rooms. The tubs are to die for, spacious and clean with a little balcony overlooking a pond.... in this price range, you cant beat it. Fall asleep to the spunds of the frogs and wake up to the sounds of the birds. Yes, there is highway noise but if you tune into the other sounds of nature it just goes away. Wonderful staff, always go above and beyond when i come to town. And they are pet friendly!"

"You get what you pay for. We got yelled at in the first 5 min by the person in the room next to us who said they were the General Manager. They said our young children were not allowed to run around inside. We were in first floor suite. The floors turned our socks black and were not swept. No paper towels on the paper towel roll, the sponges on the sink were filthy, only about a tablespoon of dish soap left in the bottle, only 3 towels for a party of 6, no shampoo or conditioner in dispensers in bathroom and the dispensers were broken,the lamp switch in our room was broken so you couldn't turn it on, the overhead light blinked constantly, the views out most the windows were of piles of junk. We didn't want to bother the office after getting yelled at so we bought a broom, paper towels, dish soap and toilet paper. We had luckily brought our own dish towels, wash cloths, clorox wipes and a couple bath towels. The location was close to glass beach and the skunk train. The sheets appeared to be clean, the beds were OK. We made the best out of it but would probably not stay there again."

"We found the check in smooth, staff was both friendly and accommodating of our needs. The rooms were clean and in good condition. The breakfast was simple but met our needs with coffee, juice, cereal, toast and even waffles. As motels go we were very pleased with our stay. Will stay here again! "

"The room was very clean, the view was amazing as well as the trail right off our patio. The front desk was not very welcoming this trip. We have stayed here before and had a more friendly interactions with the office. This is our favorite place to stay and will definitely be back"
