"the executive suites are fantastic! Very large and spacious!! Bed was comfortable. Shower head pressure not the greatest but every other amenity was perfect. The Spa is the best!!! Food options are very tasty & plentiful at Alexandria's. Customer service was good throughout the hotel but the early morning staff who work the front desk should do better at greeting customers. "

The bathroom was tidy, and the hot water worked perfectly. Parking was easy and right near the room, which I appreciated after a long drive. The staff was friendly and made check-in quick.
