Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived we just stopped and took in the fabulous view of the rocky shoreline and the ocean. This place is all about the view.A small cabin with a bonus bedroom in a separate building steps away made for a perfect place for two guys to stay. We explored nearby Sue-Meg State Park, Arcata Community Forest and Luffenholtz beach and the tide pools.The cabin is cozy and has a small well equipped kitchen. We cooked our dinners at home because we had the best seats around for a view of the ocean.This is a hidden gem. It is a great place to relax and take in the rocky shoreline. The sounds of the waves and comfortable beds make it very restful."

"Our stay at this property was exceptional. The panoramic views are breathtaking from sunrise to sunset, and the home itself is impeccably clean and welcoming. The surrounding gardens are so beautifully designed and maintained that they feel like a curated botanical experience rather than a typical vacation rental landscape.After days spent hiking through towering redwoods and exploring the region’s stunning beaches, we looked forward to unwinding in the hot tub each evening. Watching the sun set from that spot was unforgettable.Simply put, the photos cannot capture the true beauty and serenity of this property. It exceeded every expectation."

"I was there for three night and my room was only clean once, The maid would come to the room and only would replace the bath mat towel. I even spoke with maid on the hallway and still no Room Service. This hotel is supposed to be rated as top Casino and Hotel. the internet was poor. Difficult to surf the web. I would Not recommend this hotel to no one."

"We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel as it seemed older, and we did not have high hopes. It was clean and seemed like they did some updates. The staff, and we spoke with many, because we always have questions, were all outstanding and helpful. The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. When we left there was a crew trimming trees and cleaning up the property. We had a pet friendly room that was clean and did not look or feel like some pet friendly rooms we have been in. There was a huge area for our dog to do her business and even run around. There were restaurants nearby and the Round Table across the street was really good. We were there for softball, and it was an easy trip to the University."

"The cabin was clean and well stocked with toiletries and warm sheets. We enjoyed our stay among the Redwoods and if we ever venture out that way again, would love to stay here again!"
