We lost power during a stormy night & they turned on the generator without us asking and let us know before coming. Even though the generator was outside. Overall we had an amazing trip. "

One minor quibble is that the check-in experience was odd. They have an office but didn't let me in. They did the whole transaction through a window, which made me feel like I was doing something illicit. "
