"The Eureka Inn is a gem in the town. It has hosted prominent figures, now including my husband and me since before WWII! Winston Churchill stayed here! The Inn is a national historic site but is not antiquated. With modern features mixing with history, the Inn is reminiscent of a time when a hotel was for relaxation. You want to turn your phones off and step back and remember quiet conversations with old friends and new acquaintances. I highly recommend the inn for its proximity to the arts district and the waterfront. Eureka is everything the slogan for the state of California embodies: “ I have found it!” And we sincerely loved its charm!"

The house was very clean and comfortable we have no complaints. The views from the living room and outside deck are stunning! We truly enjoyed our stay and thank our hosts for prompt communication and providing a very relaxing atmosphere. We plan to visit again in the future and would like to rent this home again no question!"

"This was absolutely adorable and had anything and everything one might need.We were there for more somber reasons but if I ever come back, I would definately come to this place again.The hiking was right next door. Very close to dining and Trinidad which had the most superb ocean views. The hot tub was in great condition although we only used twice it was the perfect setting. It shows that this place is cared with love"
