"My host Amy was very prompt in answering any questions I had as a first time renter in the area. The efficiency flat was quite neat, clean, and comfortable. It was well stocked in the kitchen and bath. There were all the dishes and utensils to cook full meals if you need. And, it has a coffee preparation area, that was impressive. although I’m not a coffee drinker. A bag of Peet’s coffee was even in the fridge. All told it was a very reasonable priced accommodation in the area where I needed to be at the time. One warning about its location….my car’s route guidance told me I had reached my location when I was in front of a house numbered 1297 and no 1301 in sight. I knocked on the door, and was told it was around a corner in a court, rather than the street of the same name. Just remember it is “Court”, not “Street”!"
