"The view from our room in the south tower had a spectacular view of the sphere. The property was very clean and is gorgeous. My only complaint was that it is two elevator rides and a long walk just to get to the lobby. Also, I had young children with me at they immediately touched the snacks which are on sensors. Although we didn’t partake in any of the snacks we were charged for several things bc they were picked up. I reported it and will hopefully be reimbursed for that. "

"The rooms smell funny and are old. Dated. Also, the outside during the day - the building is just, ugly. I'm sorry to say. The beds are on flat wood frames, so not the most comfortable. I understand this is Vegas, but I needed sleep. I'll likely stay off strip next time. If you like the bustling activity of Vegas though, this one is for you. I ate at the the Mexican restaurant the next day it was fab!"

"We were disappointed the pool (and the pool area) was closed. The Tower was great- happy hour at 108 Drinks, lovely dinner at the Top of the Tower. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Visible space around the door allowed noisy guests to make their presence known. Elite room remodel was questionable- poor paint and seal job in the shower ceiling allowed mold to show through and keep growing. However, the design choices "

"I always love staying at this hotel. Be sure to pay extra for top floor with a view. The Eiffel Tower is just a remarkable experience as well"

"There was a power outrage at the hotel while I was there and it was not handled well by the hotel/staff. No guidance as to what to do with no elevators avail or severity of the issue. Worse part was the casino area was fully lit up. Had to leave hotel to conduct business with no support from the front desk. Also used check out thru the TV and never received a receipt."

"The hotel is in the middle of many other hotels and easy access to each--such as the Paris Hotel, Planet Hollywood. Easy access to the strip as well! "
