Fellpack House has been a standout on our holiday so far. The room was really nice. The staff were super efficient and helpful. The breakfast was yummy. We really enjoyed sitting in the lounge looking out at the trees and mountains having a few glasses of wine after a long day exploring.

1692 Wasdale was the highlight of not just our visit to the Lake District but our entire holiday, which also included the Gotham and the Lowry in Manchester and the Montcalm in London. This place blew them out of the water. If we lived in the UK and not on the other side of the world, we would have already booked regular stays for the rest of the year. Karen is a wonderful hostess. Our room was excellent. Clean and well appointed. The breakfast was as good as it can get - perfect.

Staff were great. Property is attractive inside outside could do with a bit of repair but nothing major. In a very peaceful Hamlet.

Fantastic stay. So much character. Food was great, room very spacious, comfortable and homely. Bathroom really modern. Toiletries to notch. Most notably the staff are exceptional.

Great breakfast, awesome for hikers with dry room and packed lunches. We messed up hiking without reception and they'd thoughtfully left out keys for a late checl in.
