"I have no issues with the room or hotel but I find it hard to believe you can’t have one clean room at 11 o’clock in the morning We had had a long flight in and although check-in is later in the day, I have never in the past had a problem getting in at that hour this time round we had to wait until almost 230 For elders that can be a long time to just sit around and wait"

"Breakfast is not as good compared to other places, and there isn’t enough space in the dining area. Also, if you stay for 3 consecutive days, you have to keep going to the reception to ask for vouchers. Since the rooms are already paid for, they should provide all the vouchers together at check-in."

"Great value for families. Pool and staff were amazing. Breakfast was fantastic for being included. A few highly used areas in the rooms and some left over spills from the previous guests but the cleaners took care of it asap. Location is perfect for being close to WEM with a short drive. 20 min drive to Rogers place makes attending events and hockey a breeze. "
