"The hotel comfortable but the noise level is crazy loud and the girls start cleaning above you early doesn't allow you to sleep in at all. Doors in all directions slammed every time all hours of the night. So comfortable but way to hard to actually sleep and jet tubs lack any power :( "

"I have been to this property multiple times during the week days. This time I was there in a weekend for a very special occasion. Turns out the night clubs next to the hotel has full ability to go as loud as it can. I was on the fourth floor and couldn’t stand the music loudness for 10 minutes. They moved me up to the eighth floor and still crazy loud. When I asked the staff, they said this is the norm and it would go up to 3-4 am! It shocked me how this would be the norm. You need to literally plug your ears to sleep. Even with that the loud music and the unpleasant singer from that nightclub will find its way to your ears and block you from sleeping. Unbelievable while the staff and the hotel is so nice, not going back ever again. "

"Many maintenance problems with this hotel from super heavy doors that close way too fast and subsequently slam at all times of the stay. Hot Tub jets didn’t work for all 3 days we were there. Staff was very nice and the room was decent and clean. Road noise (not their fault) is really high as you are right over gateway blvd. "

"Internet was slow, the bed felt like it was broken and uncomfortable. I was only booked in for 2 nights and while my kids and I went out shopping the maid went in and moved all of my belongings around (touching all my stuff). When I asked if this was normal practice at checkout I was informed that the cleaning staff is supposedly instructed to only remove garbage. The tiles in the bathroom were broken and the floor under the tub felt squishy. I will never stay at this hotel again. They also made me pay a $300 deposit due to the fact that I was using a Visa Debit (whereas an actual credit card is only $100 deposit)."

"front desk staff was very rude when we checked in. she did not greet us, just straight up said "can i see your id" as the first hello. the front desk worker was impolite, did not even tell me what i was paying for, did not share any information about the hotel or anything. there were hairs on the toilet seat upon arrival to the room. will not be staying here again. "
