"My daughter and I needed to spend the night near Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal for an early reservation the following morning. I booked a room at the hotel. We were greeted by a very friendly staff at the front counter. They reminded us the next morning the water department had scheduled the water to be turned off to the hotel at 9 a.m. We had planned on leaving earlier than that so it wasn't an issue. We were not able to take advantage of the free breakfast the next morning but the staff gave us some fruit to help what we may be missing out on. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Everything was really perfect but the walls seems to be very thin. Parking was free and the location was really convenient to nice restaurants close by. I would definitely stay there again."

"Checked in was great. We were helped by Mandy and I asked for a trip to Sea and Sky Gondola ride and she gave me a brochure. And I said , we needed it today and she got us a private driver and brought us to where we wanted to go and then some. The place is nice and clean and the location is by downtown Vancouver, so restaurants, scenic areas are just walking distance."

"Airport shuttle bus was great. Convenience to/from YVR. Check in was efficient. Room very clean and comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Enjoyed watching harbour and planes coming in. On site restaurant a plus. Assistance from bell desk excellent. Highly recommend."
