"We had a great stay in this room. The air conditioning was whisper-quiet and kept the room perfectly warm. My partner did notice a water leak from the refrigerator, but after reporting it to the front desk, a staff member came to our room immediately to check it out. She confirmed it wasn't our fault and assured us it would be fixed right away. Excellent customer service!"

"It was clean, staff are helpful. Renovations are ongoing so the back entrance near where you park is closed. You have to come in through the front on East Genesee which isn’t in the best area."
