"The cart staff were so friendly and efficient. The trail house staff were knowledgeable and helped us choose the best option. Restaurant and pool staff service was not good. It was difficult to order pool side . They seemed short staffed. Would have to flag them down, repeat missed orders. At the restaurant the hostesses told us to find a table. But then the server told us we needed to see a host. Drinks and food took a very long time. Fish tacos were not edible."

"Loved the free breakfast and the Starbucks coffee in the room. Their heated pool was amazing along with the outdoor firepit. Very relaxing place to stay with beautiful views."
