"The stay was relatively good, the bed was a little uncomfortable and we were misled about the “destination fee” and charged for it without using it. Pretty confusing as the staff was not forward about the situation. The pool was a lot smaller than anticipated as well and the hot tub was not hot unfortunately. Overall not a bad stay but not the best either. "

"This is a nice hotel, Located close to ASU. We were there for a graduation, so just one night. The staff was excellent upon check-in as well as check out. The beds were firm, good for some of us not so good for some of us. The only issue that I really had, was the shower. It was dripping the entire night. The temperature was regulated so not cold, but not super hot. "
