"This is a nice house in a great location- close to freeways, food and shopping. The house is very clean and the beds are super comfortable. The pool is sparkly clean and a really nice way to spend time outdoors when it heats up. There are no stairs at all, so perfect for all ages. There’s a nice pool table and a good TV.The kitchen is a bit sparse if you’re planning any real cooking you may need to bring a casserole dish and a large bowl. "My husband and I stayed in this townhome for two weeks in April 2024. It is a beautiful location in Phoenix-we used to live close by! We loved the tennis courts and pool. The townhome was clean and comfortable. My favorite feature was the skylight in the master bath. We made use of the washer and dryer, but we had to buy laundry supplies-none were provided. We would definitely stay here again on future trips. A pizza pan or cookie sheet would be nice to have in the kitchen…"
