"Very friendly and helpful from greeting to goodbyes! Large clean room with numerous amenities. If it had been a little warmer, we would have loved sitting outside on little porch or in the garden. Good breakfast too!"

"Excellent B&B. Everything was ideal. The room (#9) was a good size (even though it's the smallest one) with a deceptively spacious bathroom - which had a great shower. Comfy bed, light and bright (big Velux window), and very clean. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Friendly and helpful staff / owners, free parking, and the place was an easy 10 - 15 min walk right into the centre throng. We'll stay here again next time we visit Bath."

"Excellent old manor. We stayed in Mrs Smith's room. Which used to be the owners room. Plenty of space, large bay window overlooking the garden and old church behind the property. Clean and welcoming. Bathroom was large and clean with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was excellent, the best scrambled eggs I've ever had in my life. A must try for any yankee visiting from the US. Eggs are much better in England than the US. Staff was quite welcoming and friendly. There are a couple of walking trails...

"This was exactly what we wanted for our weekend trip to bath. The Inn was charming and the couple running it are charming as well. The breakfast was pretty limited, but just fine and the room was really beautiful. We were able to walk to the heart of Bath in 15 minutes which was such a luxury and felt safe walking back after dinner. All in all a great experience."

"Great service and very nice room. Dinner was excellent and the staff could not have been more helpful. The only downside (and it was quite a downside) is that our room was above the kitchen and the door was on an automatic closer which meant it slammed every time it shut. And this started at about 7.00 in the morning...."

"Staff at the Bath House were fantastic. They personalised our stay, upon finding out it was my birthday they decorated the room whilst we were out. It was a lovely surprise to return to. The location was great, nice and close to walk into Bath and explore the city. Breakfast was great and delivered hot into our room at the requested time. Thanks to Cory and Holly for a great stay."

"This was a charming place in the heart of the city. Yes it is loud at nights so if you're bothered by noise this place is not for you. This place also does not have an elevator, so if you have heavy suitcases and have problems carrying them up flights of stairs, again this place is not for you. We found the place, spacious and the location idea. There's plenty of great restaurants nearby and all the highlight places to visit are just minutes away by foot. As for the noise, I just used a ear...
