"From the moment arriving, service was excellent, proactive, beyond expectations. Arriving in a taxi, bags are quickly set aside & taken to our room. Check in was seamless & easy. One Harbour Road restaurant is outstanding, with a super knowledgeable sommelier. The concierge helped us with getting activities scheduled, and making recommendations. The room was comfortable, high enough to have a wonderful view of the Harbor. I will be staying here next visit to Hong Kong!"

"The whole experience was something very special. The view of the harbour was amazing and the room was impeccable. During the road chaos after the fireworks display, a team helped us move a trolley full of suitcases to an accessible taxi pick up point. A walk of more than 15 minutes, among a huge crowd of people and pushing a heavy trolley. This was service above and beyond any of our expectations. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were superb. This will be our hotel of choice during any further Hong Kong vacations."

The view of the harbour from our room was breathtaking. The MRT station is two minutes away and we actually got the train to the airport when we were leaving because it was so easy, cheap and efficient. I’d definitely recommend you stay here if visiting Kowloon. "
