"The hotel needs to be updated badly. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling, crappy furnished shampoo and conditioner. There was no breakfast, whereas at the Sonesta in Nashville had breakfast and was beautiful! Another guest went and bought bed linens because hers were so bad. This was the class and cleanliness that I expect for a $70 room, not almost $200!!! We won't be staying there again."

"Yes the breakfast was good. Staff were all excellent. The $700 cost was steep but we got to see our grand daughter graduate. O yeah, the bartender was good even at 11 o’clock Friday night."

"Very clean and nice hotel. Over priced for graduation but that’s the norm. We’ve stayed here multiple times and enjoy the staff, atmosphere, and cleanliness."

"Stayed here before and I think stayed in the same room because we had the same issues. Shower faucet is set backwards- and has a constant drip. Room temperature does not stay consistent- says 62 but stops at 67. Last day, the gym’s a/c system was set to heat and wasn’t able to change and elevators were down. Not sure if/how they could be connected. Also, didn’t notice it the last couple of time we stayed here but within walking distance is a motel that has some shady transactions going down. "

"Visit was during NCAA SOFTBALL REGIONALS. It was the same weekend as University of Tennessee graduation ceremonies. Hilton is located a few blocks from Market Square which is a cool walking park area with lots of history and statues. Plus many shops and restaurants. The city is very nice! The Hilton is classy. My only concern was with the bed. I expected it to be better. It was a bit lumpy. Other rooms may be more updated. The shower was good. Parking is expensive."
