Exceeded expectations in every way! We are picky hotel people and we had zero issues here. The breakfast was an amazing surprise with a chef and flat top grill for real French toast and real scrambled eggs. Highly recommend

Best place to stay.

Mary was awesome when we checked in. The hotel seems brand new. Nice outdoor areas. The room was a king and well laid out and very nice. I travel for work quite a bit and is maybe the best room I’ve ever stayed in. They even have a filtered water system attached to the sink in the room. The bed was REALLY comfy and I didn’t hear anyone else the entire day or night in my room and the hotel was completely booked. Loved it.

The woman at the check in desk was very nice, but the room is not acceptable. Had to get the hairs out of the bed and the shower is in poor condition with algae or grime on the worn out glass door seal.

We booked online and the room we wanted was sold out. When we check in our more expensive room was not what we got. We were to have a pull out sofa for the higher price. We ended up with a handicap room no sofa. I will be wary of booking a room online. Front desk employees were great. Mary Barnes

Cleanliness was an issue all dishes were clearly Just wiped and not cleaned. Some sticky spots on wall. Looked like spilled pop. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:30 and at 10:30 when our checkout was 12:00. We were frustrated because we got woke up from sleeping.

I stayed at the Element in Chattanooga which was amazing. It was clean and beautiful so I decided to book in Knoxville. The hotel was dirty and not taken care of like the one in Chattanooga. For some reason we were given a handicap room practically in the parking lot. The room was gross. The sink had what looked like a massive pile of chia seeds in the sink drain that we had to flush down. The handicap shower was gross. Had some hair and a moldy gross shower curtain. I would’ve requested a different room, but at that point we were so tired and were only staying half the night so decided to brave it.
