Close to Ben Yehuda street, which is perfect for Shabbat when public transport stops. Staff were all excellent and arranged tours The afternoon snacks were brilliant!

A piece of history, close to the old city and the light rail - you can be in Ben Yehuda mall in 10 mins. Cosy bar, pool and garden cafe. Staff happy to arrange trips, transfers etc. A tranquil haven from the buzz of a great city.

The staff are so accommodating

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at the Arthur Hotel! Everything was over and above our expectations. Our room was very comfortable with all the amenities you could ever need. Our bed was SO comfortable! The staff were amazing, full of helpful suggestions, advice and directions. Nothing was too much trouble! When we lost a bag and my phone at the Dead Sea they contacted the tour company, somehow managed to locate it and arranged to have it delivered to our next hotel in Tel Aviv. Words can't...

Family run hotel, very nice restaurant with good menu and very close to the old city of Jerusalem through Damascus Gate. Also close to shops and ATM. Highly recommend.

Located in the beautiful and historic German Quarter. Lovely, comfortable and stylish rooms, friendly staff and excellent food.
