"Our stay was everything you would hope it would be staying at a beautiful 5 star resort. The room was comfortable, beautifully appointed with upscale furnishings and the most comfortable bed. We had a gas fireplace in the room that kept us cozy and casted a warm ambiance for our stay. The hotel staff was great, location perfection. Exactly what we were looking for. "Check in was easy. The girl at the desk gave us a king sized bed looking at the parking lot. I then went back to the desk and asked the women, who just started the new shift if i could have a king sized bed overlooking the canel. She said she would check to see if there were any other king size room available. She was very accommodating and found a room on the 4 th floor with the same king sized bed and we were very happy with the change. Room was very clean and spacious. Beautiful bathroom. "It is an ok place. Nice and comfortable beds and sheets. The towels are pretty rough and not soft at all. This is my second time staying there, So obviously two different rooms. The showers are very weird. More like a bathroom faucet with a shower head sticking out of the bottom of the faucet. The pressure is weak too. Both times I have been there, the pool and the hot tub have brownish rings around the sides, I would never step foot in either one. The breakfast is simple and easy. I would love it if they had hard boiled eggs or something like that. But it is still all free. The staff had always been great. "
