Don't overlook the Sandwich Motel!

We stayed for just one night in October 2025, and had chosen this motel for the outdoor space (seating area with firepit next to a pond). Turns out it was raining, so we didn't spend time outdoors, but the area is just as pictured, and the unit we stayed in even has a small attached deck with chairs. The motel is older, but rooms have been totally updated and are very clean and comfortable. Check in and check out were quick and easy. We highly recommend this motel-a great place and a great price!

Property was newly remodeled. Outside can use a bit of work but once you look pass the initial what and go to the rooms it was good. Convenient location. Beach close by but beach is filled with lots of rocks. Still enjoyed our weekend getaway.

The hotel room was recently renovated. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was well-appointed. Unlike the TV whenever I stay at a Hilton hotel, there was a huge selection of TV and movie choices. What a nice perk! The check in was easy. Free water bottles were also available in the office. The only downside was a musty smell in the bathroom.

Clean but unfinished?

Very clean and modern rooms. Bedding and furniture clean for roadside stay. Exteriors in need of cleaning up/ manicuring. A little *alarmed* to discover I did not have a smoke alarm. When I realized it up on the ceiling before heading to bed.. the front desk was closed and there was no one to report to other than wait to morning. A little surprised that passed inspection / opening… I had to leave early for business but was disappointed to see this.
