This property needs removing from the lists."

"This is a busy family and pet friendly spa hotel. The car park can be a long walk round to reception and they don’t advertise the short cut. The hotel was clean but the outside benches and furniture was mixed. Some benches had lots of bird droppings all over them and in emptied ash trays with water tide marks. The music outside was unnecessarily loud. The food and staff hospitality was very good though! With a cleaning and repair regime for the outside, it would be 4 stars."
