"We had a great time at the property for our hospital retreat. Our staff was able to relax and have lots of different areas to hang/chill - hottubs, game room, lobby, back patio, etc. Everyone having separate rooms more like a hotel was also great! Would go back."

"Beautiful home right on the banks of the Rio Grande River. We enjoyed our stay at the Lazy River Ranch, home was comfortable, clean and a great place to base out of for our float fishing trip, plus we were able to catch trout just steps from the back porch!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was great. Some complained in their reviews about not having a closet, I much rather have our own hot water heater. I wish the heater was on a thermostat, it was either on or off so it got hot at night."

"We had 7 adults stay for a little under a week in July. The location was great for us (closer to Silverton than Durango), and the cabin was outfitted with most everything you’d hope to have at a VRBO. We enjoyed the deck and hot tub, kitchen with plenty of seating, and hiking in the area. Highly recommend!"
