"Cannot fault. No waiting to check in . Staff smiley & friendly. No hair dryer in room, no problem, they brought one immediately. Room clean comfortable and quiet! Good nights sleep before our flight. Breakfast was great. Will stay again in August 10/10"

"Both rooms had been smoked in and reception said do I want him to spray air freshener ? No pumps working on bar and breakfast was poor Couldn’t really get any worse"

"The car park is not part of the hotel and so you are charged £26 for any time over 15mins of time in any 24 hour period. There is no, go out and come in to reset the timer. As such the receptionist has an on going battle with every client parking there. I note that there is no support from the management to combat this situation. Any complaints you make should go directly to the manager NOT the team behind the counter. "

"People gathering outside the front door smoking wasn’t welcome we expected from Novotel . Food prices are unnecessarily expensive including a simple water bottle . Can’t get any food item delivered . Property is busy and feels like motel rather the Novotel I used really enjoy . "

"Disinterested staff behind the check-in desk. This is the second time I've stayed here and been woken up by pigeons nesting right outside the room window. There seems to be a real issue with pigeons at the back of this hotel and the outside walls of the hotel are covered in their mess. Whilst the bed looked clean enough, things like the shower and bin in the toilet were pretty dirty. This hotel needs some serious sprucing up."
